The space

Fully furnished apartment. It offers two separated bedrooms (one with a large comfortable double bed and a second with twin beds), bright and spacious bathroom with shower, equiped kitchen with amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso machine). Large bright livingroom with a cozy balcony where you can have breakfast or your coffee and cigarette. Airconditioning is available for the warmer period of the year and central heating for the coldest… where colder in Valencia means 20 degrees in December :)

Lots of light and calm apartment where to relax and enjoy the great valencian weather.
The apartment has tv, youtube and Netflix.

Other things to note

I always prefer to greet personally my guests when possible. Otherwise, there is also the possibility for the guest to self check-in at any time (when possible and needed) with a keypad code and a lockbox.

Your perfect stay in Valencia

Pere is an excellent host. Communication was quick and helpful. The appartment was exactly like on the pictures and clean. The location of the appartment is the perfect place to explore beautiful Valencia. Close to Turia park, several bus/Metro stations and supermarkets. We can definately recommend Pere and the appartment!

Great apartment, tastefully furnished.
The location is ideal, only 5-7 minutes from the historical center (everything is on foot from the apartment).
Pere is very responsive and does everything to make us feel comfortable in the apartment.

Pere was a super host and very friendly! Whenever I had a question, he responded very fast and helped me out! The apartment was clean, is very cosy and the location is great! 10min walk from El Carmen and in a quiet neighbourhood! That’s what you need! Thanks Pere for the excellent service!

We have well travelled and share the same interests in cultures, architecture Arts and entrepreneurship.

We are dedicated and passionated about our work and always trying to offer to travellers who stay in one of our apartments and Villa Valiza the best possible service and experience .

All our listings are fully renovated and tastefully decorated with contemporary art. All of them located in strategic areas of Valencia from where you can comfortably explore the city and its beaches and then returning to a quiet and relaxed place to recover from your exciting day.

We focus on giving the best possible costumer service, impeccable cleaning and smooth communication with our guests in English, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch.
